The Warrior Zone is a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art 4,850 square foot facility with wireless internet access. Computers are available for use or you can bring your own. Play your favorite X-Box games, play online in the game area, or watch one of the daily movies in the home theater. Need a break from the technical world? Play cards, Dominoes, or pool on the 9 foot billiard table. Enjoy food and beverages at our Java Cafe themed snack bar. The snack bar serves a wide variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads and desserts including pastries, Starbucks Coffee, and a variety of the most popular beers. Enjoy a drink with a friend while watching the game on one of the multiple LCD televisions.You’re sure to have a good time. The Warrior Zone features an outside covered patio with seating and a barbecue area for your outdoor functions.

Jun 18, Festival Starts at 4pm | Marshall Airfield Join us for our annual Victory Week festival and concert. Catch the Disney on Tour group Allstar Weekend, a band you may call a mix between Blink 182 and the Jonas Brothers that’s prepping to unleash their debut album this summer. Close out the night with Grand Funk Railroad which has been touring since 1970 and is best known for it’s hit “We’re An American Band”. The festival will run continuously throughout the concert and showcase the Commanding General’s Mounted Color Guard encampment and demonstration, face painting, paint ball, inflatables, rock climbing wall, FRG Food Booths, clown golf, seat belt convincer, simulated impaired driver and much more.

Fort Riley Autocross

Aug 15, 9am | Marshall Army Airfield Drive your car in an adrenaline pounding Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) race! Learn how to drive at or near your limit and gain skills that translate directly to accident avoidance on the road. Open to active duty Soldiers and members of SCCA. Recommend Soldiers pre-register at www.salinascca.org.

Aug 16 & 21, 7pm | Rally Point Showcase your vocal skills and support our local talent at the 2010 Operation Rising Star. Participants must be 18 years of age, Soldiers (Active Duty, U.S. Army Reserve, U.S. Army National Guard) or a Family member with a valid ID. Fort Riley winner will receive $500 and advance to the Army wide finals with the chance to win an all expense paid trip to LA to record a 3 song CD plus $500 spending money. There will also be a 2nd & 3rd place monetary prize and a Spirit Award ($300) for the best supportive unit or FRG.
