Berry will take center stage after local performances from Sugar Land Junior Superstar Lexi Stavinoha, the Machine Drum Line, Lunch Box Dance Crew and many others. The first 2,500 guests entering the stadium will receive a free food voucher redeemable for one hot dog, a bag of chips and a fountain drink. Free water will be distributed at community booths throughout the concourse area. No coolers or outside food will be allowed in the stadium; however, food and drinks will be available for purchase at

concession stands. Families may bring blankets to spread along the outfield for an ideal view of entertainment while enjoying the largest Fourth of July picnic in town. Special 3D glasses to be distributed at the gate will enable spectators to watch a one-of-a-kind fireworks and laser show. Limited parking will be available at the stadium; however, a free shuttle service will run from the parking lot at Kempner High School, 14777 Voss Road, from 5:30 p.m. until 11:15 p.m. Tickets are mandatory to

enter the stadium and will not be available on the day of the event. Currently, there is a waiting list for anyone interested in obtaining tickets to the event. With more than 10,000 tickets distributed since April 6, the event has reached capacity. Anyone with tickets who is unable to attend the event is encouraged to return their free tickets to the Imperial Park Recreation Center, 234 Matlage Way, so the tickets can be redistributed to others on the City's “waiting list.”

Star Spangled spectacular at Constellation Field is sold out There are no more free tickets available to the City of Sugar Land's Star Spangled Spectacular at Constellation Field on July 4 from 6-10 p.m. With more than 10,000 tickets distributed since April 6, the event has reached capacity. Anyone with tickets who is now not able to attend the event is encouraged to return their free tickets to the Imperial Park Recreation Center, 234 Matlage Way, so the tickets

can be redistributed to others on the City's "waiting list." Sugar Land's Star Spangled Spectacular at Constellation Field is intended to provide a fan-friendly, family venue that incorporates a rich holiday tradition for the local community. Planned activities include a 3D laser fireworks show, appearances from Skeeters' mascots Swatson and Moe, dual entertainment stages in the outfield and much more.

The stadium accommodates a capacity of 10,500 and provides a safe alternative to Oyster Creek Park that lacks adequate infrastructure to host what has become a largescale community event. Constellation Field provides adequate parking, restroom facilities and multiple entry points, amongst other advantages. See more stories on page 4
