Meet The Mindfulness Coach Lorien Holiday (left) very kindly volunteered to host a series of Mindfulness Coaching Workshops for all Forest Holme staff at the beginning of this year to develop personal growth and encourage self-care across the physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual sides of their lives. With the eight week course recently concluding, we asked Lorien to tell us more about his coaching and reflect on how the course has benefitted staff wellbeing, especially after the pandemic.
Tell us a bit about yourself and what being a Corporate and Professional Wellbeing Coach involves?
