Coffee Chats give both students and employers the opportunity to get to know each other in an informal setting Organizations often use Coffee Chats to begin the recruitment cycle and identify candidates they would like to potentially invite to apply for open internships and job opportunities. 18th Annual Global Diversity and Inclusion Networking Banquet
The Global Diversity and Inclusion Networking Banquet brings together both employers and students to learn about cultural humility in the workplace. We want students to hear from leaders across industries about how they practice cultural awareness within their companies and how they teach their employees to embrace diversity in talent. Students will also have the opportunity to learn about each employer’s recruiting processes and tips for their roles.

The Global Diversity and Inclusion Luncheon is a conference that focuses on unity in the workplace and beyond. Employers and speakers will discuss how team-bonding activities and events unite employees. This conference also stimulates conversations on how students can implement these tools outside the workplace, whether it's in the classroom or within a club/organization Students will also have the chance to become wellversed in each employer’s DEI initiatives, and learn how such initiatives have been implemented to increase team morale.

Interviews are designed to give employers the opportunity to interview a large number of Fordham candidates conveniently and either in-person or virtually all in one day. We handle the logistics so that you can focus on the students.

In order to give students sufficient time to complete their searches, we ask employers to abide by the following offer schedule for the 2023-2024 academic year. Employers must honor all offers extended. No conditions should be placed on these offers. Exploding offers and special incentives such as diminishing bonuses and location preference should not be offered in exchange for early offer acceptance. Implementing such incentives makes it difficult for us to enforce our policies against students reneging on job offers. Below are our policies on offer deadlines.
