I WANT TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHIFT YOUR INTENTIONS AROUND WEIGHT LOSS AND RESTRICTIVE DIETS from one that is rooted in dieting, numeric goals and deprivation to a more positive and emotionally rewarding intention of choosing nourishing foods for health.
