My grandmother’s cooking was very much based on the Mediterranean Diet which is a way of eating based on the traditional foods of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. Healthy living is becoming a major trend nowadays due to the health hazards one may face with maintaining an unhealthy and high tempo lifestyle. We all know how stressful it can be travelling and being away from home and family. The Mediterranean Diet is not a diet, as in “go on a diet,” rather, it is a lifestyle,including foods, activities, meals with friends and
family, and wine in moderation with meals. Just as important, the Mediterranean Diet is full of wonderfully delicious, flavorfilled dishes and meals. It’s easy to understand what it is for instance, I try to think about simple, yet healthy and delicious dishes, that also suit the onboard environment for heating and serving passengers from all over the world that all has to live the modern life where time is always of essence, my wish is that eating my food should be a discovery in flavours and perhaps awakening memories of scents from childhood, just as my grandmother inspired me, I hope I can inspire others. Last but not least, my meals can be packed in any type of packaging from my own Primo Gusto brand to private label, sizes, shape and weight to suit your needs and budget. This combined with worldwide logistics, right product, right place, everytime! Buon Appetito!

We offer pretzels in four different sizes, among them the big pretzels, princess pretzels with sesame and the hot chili mini. We also have a range of extra fine salted sticks and the extra strong and large longsticks with sea salt, sesame and bear’s garlic. The company history started over 60 years ago with the invention of the HUOBER Big Pretzel in 1954. It was the first product to be produced in the “First pretzel factory in Württemberg”. In the following years HUOBER Big Pretzel became a huge success all over Germany, followed by pretzels in different sizes and variations including breadsticks and other salty and sweet specialities. By 1956 our products were already available in the USA. Today they are available all across Europe and many countries in America and Asia.

Special Diet Requirements: Consumers are increasingly aware of what is in their food. That is why most of our monoportions are developed to be vegetarian (gelatinefree) to ensure everyone gets to enjoy our delicious desserts! Additionally, our production facility is able to produce in accordance with Halal regulations in order to also cater our Islamic consumers.
Another option is baked items (eg. brownies, carrot cakes) covered with an indulgent layer of custard or chocolate sauce placed in a pot.
