Plastic-free shrink sleeves are a biodegradable tamper evidence solution made from cellulose that is derived from responsibly sourced wood pulp. Following a verified degradation lab study, the Plastic-free shrink sleeves started to degrade within two weeks and fully degraded within four months. This biodegradable and home compostable solution offers a tangible alternative to heat-shrink bands. Plastic-free shrink sleeves are heat-free, self-shrinking within the hour at room temperature making them ideal for heat-sensitive food contents. The sleeves are hand-applied with no need for expensive machinery and after applying, will dry naturally.
