Denhay have been crafting bacon for over 30 years, developing the Denhay method and refining their special cure.
All Denhay’s Dry Cured and Wiltshire Cure bacon is created using the finest outdoor bred pork. Expert bacon curers hand rub each loin and belly carefully applying the cure before slowly maturing, to draw out the bacon’s exquisite flavour. After smoking and slicing the bacon is packed in special recyclable packaging to keep it fresh to the moment of opening.
