Fantastic business done at The Source Trade Show 2024
The 2024 Source Trade Show took place on the 6th-7th February 2024 and provided the perfect mix of passionate producers, alongside the hottest hospitality and catering companies, and the freshest food service.
This trade only event was dedicated to those with a serious interest in speciality foods, quality drinks, profitable catering and inspired hospitality. The Source is the South West’s biggest and best show of its kind for good reason. No other event serves up such a rewarding and valuable mix of comparative tastings, innovative ideas, networking opportunities and inspirational experiences. The event gifted exhibitors the ideal platform to showcase their products and innovations as they gear up for the season ahead.
The Demo Kitchen proved very popular and was a great way to draw inspiration and ideas on the latest trending foods and cuisines that could be the next best thing added to your menus. Leading chefs showed off their skills as well as share ideas on how to add value to your business. Visitors lavished in the fact that they could take full advantage of their expertise and knowledge and apply it to their business. Alongside the Source Trade Show ran the Westcountry Tourism Conference, with two half day events bringing together leading tourism businesses and industry experts.
