Bootleg Barbecue offers a touch of rusticity and a good helping of country hospitality, as it dishes out hearty portions of well-prepared and affordable smoked meats and fixin’s. This Dallas-based chain brings slow-smoked Texas barbecue to the Louisville market. Look for beef brisket, as well as pulled pork, barbecue honey ham, spicy cheddar sausage and Polish sausage, ribs, turkey breast and chicken.
