FOLEY EQUIPMENT CELEBRATES 250TH MACHINE REBUILD Foley Equipment is pleased to announce the completion of its 250th machine rebuild. “We are excited to reach this milestone in our service department,” said Matt McNett, Vice President of Service and Power Solutions. “Foley is well known for supplying fast and professional service on machine rebuilds, and we are fortunate to have experienced technicians who can supply this cost saving service to our customers.” The average machine rebuild takes approximately six to eight weeks to complete, with two different levels of rebuilds available to customers. Typically used for larger machines, the Cat Certified Rebuild (CCR), offers a like-new machine with a like-new warranty and a new serial number at a fraction of the cost of a comparable new machine. The Cat Certified Power Train (CPT) offers a rebuild of the entire power train, and extended power train coverage options. The power train components are completely disassembled and all critical engineering updates are incorporated. Foley began offering certified rebuilds to customers after discovering that business owners were often put in a tough position when choosing which equipment to replace while on a limited budget. An investment in a Cat machine means that the equipment is set up for two full life cycles. If customers choose a rebuild for their machine, they can expect an entire second life out of the machine without worrying about unscheduled downtime – just like new. Not only does Foley’s rebuild program maximize the usability guidelines of OEM Cat parts, but also gives customers tremendous value for their investment.

FOLEY MAINTENANCE PLAN THE KEY FEATURE IS FLEXIBILITY.
Foley Maintenance Plans are customized to fit your business needs, your equipment and your applications. There are no pre-set requirements or specific services. Instead, we’ll analyze how you work, where you work and the extent of your service capabilities to determine the type of FMP that is right for you. Foley offers three basic plans to which options can be added based on your specific needs: › DO IT MYSELF
The basic plan includes the required liquid filters, oil and oil samples for you to perform services at 250 hour intervals. An optional plan provides the required liquid filters and oil samples to perform for the 250 hour interval service but does not include oil or labor to perform any services. Additional options for these plans include Quick Evac unit, 250 or 500 hour oil change interval options, dry filters, hydraulic oil and coolant.
› WORK WITH ME This plan provides you with the required filters, oil and samples to complete the 250 and 500 hour service intervals while Foley will provide the required filters, oil, samples and the labor to perform the 1,000 hour services. Included with the 1,000 hour intervals, you will receive a comprehensive machine inspection with each visit. › DO IT FOR ME
Foley provides all of the required liquid filters, oil, samples and labor on each service interval. This includes a comprehensive machine inspection at the 1,000 hour intervals plus a basic inspection with the other Foley performed services. Additional options for the above plans include Quick Evac unit 250 or 500 hour oil change interval options, dry filters, hydraulic oil and/or coolant change, valve lash adjustment and circle adjustments on Motor Graders including labor during a Foley provided service interval. 10
