Tobias Wiedemann,Venue Manager and Licensee, is pretty much a part of the furniture at the Greenhouse Tavern, having started there almost ten years ago. After a stint down in Newcastle, Tobias is back celebrating the venue’s 21st birthday!

well priced food, encouraging families to visit the venue. What are some standout menu items, and how has the kitchen developed? The good old pub chicken schnitzel is always a top seller. At a time when most venues were serving up a bought in frozen version, we switched to whole chicken breast, butterflied and crumbed fresh that same day. Add on your favourite toppings, and you can’t go wrong. A few years ago we also introduced pizzas to the menu, made on our own fresh bases. What other highlights does the hotel boast? A permanent jumping castle (weather permitting) is always a highlight for the kids. Our deck has just been redone with brand new timber, roof and heating, making it a fantastic all-weather space for any gathering. Thanks Tobias.
