ou’ve recently moved into your brand new location … what does this mean for your customers? For 14 years Clark Rubber Coffs Harbour has operated from stores inside Park Beach HomeBase. All Clark Rubber stores across Australia are going through an upgrade programme that requires a complete refit, including a new floor surface. We got the opportunity to relocate to an adjacent building next to Supercheap Auto in Mastracolas Road. This means that our store is now more visible and easier to locate, and the store is more user friendly for customers. We also have 22 car spaces right at our front door. 'Australias one stop pool shop’, ‘The home of foam’ and ‘The rubber experts’. Please explain the various departments of Clark Rubber? Yes, Clark Rubber has been specialising in three main categories of retail for more than 50 years. As our name suggests, we
sell all forms of rubber sheeting, strips, seals, matting, hosing etc. We are the biggest retailer of foam and foam products in Australia. And we are Australia’s one stop pool shop. We carry all of the products that you expect to see in a large professional pool shop. We do free water testing and on site servicing. What is it about your new location that you're personally most excited about? I’m very excited about the bright new bold look of the store. I’m excited about the fresh new layout of the store, making it easier for our customers to find the product they are looking for. A DAY FOR DAN A Day for Dan will be a family fun afternoon to raise funds for Daniel Hall's rehabilitation as he attempts to defy the odds and walk again.
aniel Hall, 29, was recently training to break the world record long distance jump on a dirt bike when he crashed and suffered severe spinal injuries. He shattered his spine in five places and bent his spinal cord on an acute angle. Doctors have told him he will never walk again. Despite the bleak prognosis, Daniel has faith he will find his feet again. Daniel, who has a son, Dexter (almost 2 years old) from a previous relationship and is now expecting another child with his wife, J’naya, in October, now faces an extremely long and expensive road to recovery. This day is about celebrating the fact Daniel is still with us, whilst raising
much needed funds that will help pay for his rehabilitation and the home modifications required. To be held at the Moonee Beach Tavern on Saturday, May 17, A Day for Dan is a family fun afternoon. It will include performances from local bands, jumping castle for the kids, a mechanical bucking bull, raffles and auction with some incredible prizes.
