TRIATHLONS “ local triathlons for local triathletes� Welcome Triathlete, This page is to inform you of local triathlons in the Tampa Bay area that are over 6 years old and had a proven record of quality and performance through out the years. The races we listed we feel when choosing a triathlon to do must meet certain criteria of quality and historic perspective and must be Tampa Bay exclusive. In putting together these historic triathlons we will be adding something new, local triathlete ranking in age divisions. each race will award 5 points for first, 4 for second and 3 for third, 2 for 4th and 1 point for 5th place. Tampa Bay Triathlons will keep tallies of points via Florida RacePlace Magazine, bi-weekly eblast and our new website which will be coming online January 1st. We will also send out updates on other Classic Tampa Bay Triathlons 2013. Another feature will be that we will also have a Facebook page as well as our twitter line. A special 813-417-0324 or frpm@ij.net line will also be set up so changes and corrections can be addressed quickly. Support of these local triathlons are a must to see them grow and improve with time well into the future. Tampa Bay Triathlons hopes you have a safe and great 2013 Triathlon season.
