BWA Mortgage was established in 1984 in La Canada Flintridge, as a full service mortgage brokerage, in a challenging market where mortgage rates were at 12.75%. Since then our broker, Floyd Walters, has built a business that provides real estate financing the way he feels it should be done: with high attention to detail and providing consumers an easy to understand explanation of the loan process. The home mortgage industry is known for being confusing, which is why our approach is hands on (as needed) and simplified, with our client's individualized needs at the center of importance. We don't want to tell you why you can't get financing-we like to tell you how you can. Our process is the same whether you’re buying your first home, your 7th home, or looking for reverse mortgage options. We sit down with you and talk about your goals and situation, and work with you to find the best financing option that fits your needs.
