Exchange Programme 2018 looks to be another busy and successful year of exchanges. Term 1 saw us welcome three exchange students. We hosted Antonia Martinez and Julliette Giron from Markham College in Peru and Manuella Barrera from the Colegio Anglo school in Colombia. Once again we would like to thank our Dainfern College families who open their homes and offer to host these incoming students.
All our exchange students leave with heavy hearts after having the most amazing opportunities and experiences with us. We are also delighted to have two outgoing exchanges from our Grade 10 year: Jenna Smart is already having a wonderful time at Cate School in California, USA, and Kyra Killops departs for her exchange in the next few days to Hackley School, New York, USA.
Stoke City Adventure Day A Saturday adventure at the newest theme park, Stoke City, saw a group of our students enjoy a day out in the sun. Some of us conquered our fears at this cable and aqua park while others had a good time laughing at their expense. Overall the day was a blast and we hope to go back soon.
