Fleet Wulf is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional. LEED has rating systems for the construction, design and operation of high performance homes, green buildings and neighborhoods.

LEED was founded in 1998, since inception, the U.S. Green Building Council has completed over 7,000 projects in the United States and 30 other countries.

The LEED AP BD+C credential suits professionals with expertise in the design and construction phases of green buildings serving the commercial, residential, education and health care sectors.


The specialty denotes practical knowledge in the LEED for New Construction, LEED for Schools and LEED for Core and Shell rating systems. He has 20 years of experience in the civil engineering field and specializes in project management, design, consulting, permitting and construction services.

A civil engineer is a person who usually practices in a specific specialty including technical engineering, construction engineering, land development, structural engineering, hydraulic engineering, transportation engineering and environmental engineering.

Fleet Wulf attained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) degree from the University of Colorado Denver. Abbreviated as CU Denver, the University of Colorado Denver has 13 schools and colleges that provides over 115 degree programs.


The university offers a wide range of degree programs in academic fields that include business, engineering, culture, language, history, the biomedical sciences, the natural sciences and medicine.

UCD has two campuses and the downtown campus has 8 schools and colleges that include the College of Arts & Media, the College of Architecture and Planning, the School of Education & Human Development, The Business School, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Engineering and Applied Science, the Graduate School and the School of Public Affairs and its Presidential Climate Action Project.

Fleet Wulf was a Military Veteran in U.S. Navy who served for 6 years as a sonar technician on surface warships.

Apart from this, Fleet Wulf is also a member of the Society of American Military Engineers. The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) was established in 1920.

This society is a well recognized professional military engineering association in the U.S that unites architecture, engineering, construction (A/E/C), facility management and environmental entities and individuals in private and public sectors to prepare for both natural and man-made disasters and to sharpen security at home and abroad.

Fleet is currently serving as treasurer for the Tampa Bay Post that has more than 30 sustaining member firms from West Central Florida and over 350 civilian and military members.
