Note 1. — In case of using letter S, VHF, RTF, VOR, and ILS equipment will be considered standard, otherwise prescribed by the appropriate ATS authority. Note 2. — In case of using letter G, the external GNSS augmentation types, if there is one, will be specified in Box 18, after the NAV indicator and they will be separated by a space. Note 3. — See RTCA/EUROCAE Interoperability Requirements Standard For ATN Baseline 1 (ATN B1 INTEROP Standard – DO-280B/ED-110B) regarding data link services, authorizations and ATM/CNS. Note 4. — In case of using letter R, the navigation based on performance levels that can be reached are specified in Box 18 after the PBN indicator. In the Manual on Navigation based on Performance (Doc. 9613) there is guidance literature about the navigation based on performance application for route segments or specific areas. Note 5. — In case of using letter Z, any other on-board installed equipment or capabilities shall be specified in Box 18 preceded by COM/NAV/AND/OR/THAT; as it corresponds. Note 6. — The information on navigation capability is provided to the ATC in order to receive authorization and guidance.
