Willapa Harbor Hospital and Clinic joins MyChart
Dear Valued Patient,
We’re excited to share with you that we at Willapa Harbor Hospital and Willapa Medical Clinic are in the process of moving to a new medical record system called Epic that will give each patient a single electronic health record (EHR). Epic is the world’s most integrated and shared EHR and ensures providers have access to the same information. While we currently have our own electronic medical record system, Epic offers many advantages.

Starting March 6, you have access to our new patient portal, MyChart. This is where you may message your providers and view your health records. For access to your medical history, medications, treatment records and healthcare team, please sign up with MyChart by downloading the app or visiting: https://www.ccmychart. org/whh/accesscheck.asp.
As you begin using Epic, you’ll notice several things: Your billing statements will look • different. Your first visit may take a bit lon- • ger as we ensure your information is correct in the new system. Please be ready to offer us a list of your current medications.
You will be asked to show your • insurance cards at your next visit.
You will have a new patient portal • called MyChart where you will be able to access your records, view appointments, pay your bill and more!
Our Epic Go-Live date is March 11. If you visit us during this transition, you may experience a longer than normal wait due to us needing to re-visit medications, allergies, and problems during each patient’s visit. Thank you for your patience as we update this technology. We are proud to be your trusted partner in health and wellness, and we look forward to continuing to serve you and your family.
If you have any questions and need assistance in creating your MyChart access, please call 360-875-4512 and our Medical Records-Health Information Management department will support you.
Sincerely,
Willapa Harbor Hospital Health Information Management Team & Executive Leaders
