FitHer Expo is Australia’s largest event for women 18-50, elevating and inspiring visitors to be a fitter version of themselves – in body, mind and life.
The first of its kind, FitHer brings together fitness, fashion, beauty, health, wellness, travel and retail in one spectacular weekend for women to connect, explore new brands, products and services, and ultimately shop!
The event offers businesses the opportunity to showcase their brand to 8000+ women in a face-to-face environment, launch new offerings, provide one-off show specials and offer trials of product/services to grow audience and brand awareness.

Our Demonstration Stage will offer visitors the opportunity to join some of Australia’s biggest fitness personalities for live workouts and programs and also some fun new fitness options to try and test in a fun environment.
The Stage
Hosting a line-up of well-known fitness, health and wellness names, the stage will delve into the stories of our most-admired, sharing their tips, motivation and provide information and empowerment to the audience.

FitHer Restaurant
Our restaurant will offer a stunning space to lounge, dine and enjoy a coconut water (or glass of bubbles) for women to connect and relax throughout the event with friends – old and new.
