The CO 2 equivalent is audited with external independent agencies and helps to compare the impact of different materials. In the case of The Curv GT Redefine, the ski saves 36% CO 2 equivalent in general, 100% in the plate, 51% in Titanal and 25% in composites relative to a comparable ski. The goal for the future is to continue to reduce these CO 2 equivalents.

Pebax® Rnew is a polyamide material produced largely with castor plant oil and is therefore renewable and sustainable. Great performance with a very low overall weight and high stiffness. Bootfitters are stongly advised to punch this material as it does not lend itself to grinding!

Thermoshape polyurethane (TPU) material is the benchmark and industry standard for top race products, as it offers superior ski boot suspension compared to polyamid or polypropylene mixtures. TPU makes for a phenomenal ski experience due to the rebound and energy transfer characteristics. ZoneFit and Vacuum moldable at 120° C.
Use of Grilamid polyamide plastic in shells and cuffs results in lightweight boots with high stiffness. That makes the boot light for the uphill and give it a perfect performance for the downhill.

Vibram® Litebase offers a drastic reduction in the thickness and weight of the rubber sole while maintaining the same performance.
