mansion straight out of Aaron Spelling's dreams. In the United States, Aaron Spelling is famous for being the producer of major successful TV series during the last three decades of the 20th century. At the peak of his fame in 1991, he had an enormous estate built in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. This extraordinary house is considered one of the most spectacular private residences in the world. Named "The Manor," this 5,200 square-meter residence, built on 19 hectares, boasts 123 rooms, including 14 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, a sunbathing area, a game room, a library, a cinema, an ice rink, and a bowling alley. Outside, multiple terraces, a swimming pool, a spa, and a tennis court provide the opportunity to live in golden seclusion.

L U X U RY R E A L E S TAT E

THE HOUSE OF ALL RECORDS In 2011, Aaron Spelling's family sold "The Manor" to Petra Ecclestone, the daughter of Bernie Ecclestone, a British businessman and the head of Formula 1. After making modifications with a $20 million investment, she decided in 2018 to part ways with the property for the sum of $200 million. This amount, paid by an anonymous buyer, was then the highest ever recorded for a real estate purchase in Los Angeles. According to sales records, it is the largest private house in Los Angeles County.

P R I VAT E J E T

THE ULTIMATE VVIP JET EXPERIENCE One outstanding feature is the VVIP section at the front with a unique, expandable, and highly functional private room. A spacious desk and reception area separate the private section from the rest of the aircraft.

The cabin also features a large conference and dining room, seamlessly flowing in design throughout the cabin. The rear of the cabin is designed to elegantly accommodate entourage delegations, meeting the needs of official missions.

A special concept of lighting and blinds has been integrated throughout the cabin, giving passengers the feeling of being in their personal living room rather than on a plane at 30,000 feet, which is particularly crucial for a very long-range aircraft.

P R I VAT E J E T

CELESTIALSTAR – SETTING A NEW STANDARD FOR BBJ 777-9 VVIP CABINS Lufthansa Technik AG, in collaboration with Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), has unveiled all the details of its latest VVIP cabin concept for the BBJ 777-9. The new representations of this spacious interior, covering over 340 square meters in total, present a design specifically tailored to the needs of a new generation of VVIP aircraft and heads of state.

P R I VAT E J E T

With CelestialSTAR, the Lufthansa Technik design team aims to emphasize both contemporary purity and geometric design motifs, as well as the vastness and openness of the sky: a reminder that this is the widest cabin among all new types of available VVIP jets. The flagship element of the new cabin design is the multifunctional private suite for VVIPs, including a cocoon-like private bedroom and bathroom, located adjacent to the work and balance area.

In this cocoon, the bathroom and resting quarters can merge into a self-contained retreat offering the utmost privacy. For example, VVIP passengers may want to enjoy the largest rain and massage shower ever designed for a private jet or feel comfortable in a generous king-size bed. TRANSFORMING INTO AN ON-DEMAND IMMERSIVE ENTERTAINMENT CENTER Adapted from Lufthansa Technik's EXPLORER concept, sophisticated projection technology transforms the closed cocoon into an almost immersive world of well-being and entertainment when needed.

P R I VAT E J E T

P R I VAT E J E T

It displays a wide variety of personalized digital content, ranging from a cinema screen to 180-degree views of the next travel destination or virtual art pieces. In case of less need for isolation, rotating and sliding slats can open the cocoon to the rest of the cabin, providing access to exercise or dressing rooms on the side or simply allowing more natural light into the VVIP area. This way, the sense of space is maximized thanks to the considerable width of the BBJ 777-9 cabin. The Work&Balance area adjacent to the cocoon also fully utilizes the cabin's width and is designed to be multifunctional. In both rotating and sliding seats, guests can not only gather around the large VVIP desk for meetings but also turn and move their seats towards the side sofas for conversations with additional guests. An integrated swiveling mechanism also allows expanding the table surface in front of the sofas as needed. Another highlight of the design in this area is the presence of numerous trapezoidal wall niches, for example, for exhibitions, which can be closed with an invisible mechanism if necessary, then seamlessly disappear into the linear wall structure. LUXURIOUS ATMOSPHERE Adjacent to the private suite is the Celestial Lounge, through which passengers enter the aircraft like entering a hall. With an elegantly integrated bar for refreshments and several stylish seating arrangements, it ensures the perfect first impression and creates the right setting to welcome high-profile guests on board or prepare them for meetings in the Work&Balance area. Intermediate doors aesthetically and acoustically protect guests from the functional outer doors of the aircraft cabin, creating a pleasant sense of space all around. When the corridors are open, the Celestial Lounge seamlessly blends into the adjacent Conference and Dining area. The eleven individual seats can also be easily rotated from a dining or conference position at the large center table to the surrounding sofas and moved outward for side conversations. Advanced communication and conference technology, such as monitors that can be fully retracted into the table, connect this room, and the entire aircraft, with the world. Particularly noteworthy are the large electrochromic blinds, fully integrated into the oriental-inspired design of CelestialSTAR. With their three-dimensional structure and targeted use of indirect lighting, they continue the functional design principle of the side walls, offering a generous sense of space from all sides, even when closed and without dayligh.t. RICHARD MILLE RM 50-03 MCLAREN F1 The incredible RM 50-03 McLaren F1 by Richard Mille is currently the world's lightest Split-Seconds Tourbillon Chronograph, weighing only 38 grams. This extraordinary timepiece is crafted with materials such as titanium, Carbon TPT, and Graph TPT for the case. The movement, with an astonishing weight of 7 grams, is achieved notably through the use of grade 5 titanium for the plate and bridges, combined with Carbon TPT, and maximally skeletonized components.

JAEGER-LECOULTRE REVERSO TRIBUTE ENAMEL DRAGON Created for the Chinese New Year in honor of the Year of the Dragon, the watch features a new engraving showcasing the talent of master enamelers and engravers gathered in the Rare CraftsTM workshop of the Manufacture. Simply turn the watch on its side to reveal the reverse dial, where a magnificent dragon rises amidst golden clouds. Engraved on rose gold, the impressive creature seems to emerge from its background of opaque black Grand Feu enamel. The polished surfaces of its body and the delicacy of its scales, traced in black rhodium, contrast with the sandy texture of the clouds. Powerful and majestic, the dragon comes to life with the movements of the wrist, an illusion created by the diversity of finishes that capture and refract light. WWW.JAEGER-LECOULTRE.COM

PATEK PHILIPPE GRANDMASTER CHIME The Grandmaster Chime is, to date, the most complicated wristwatch from the Geneva-based family firm and certainly one of the most complicated wristwatches in the world. It is the first double-faced wristwatch from Patek Philippe that can be worn with either dial facing up, showcasing either the timekeeping functions and chimes or the instantaneous perpetual calendar. CORUM TOURBILLON CHRONOGRAPH Fully integrated, its chronograph is orchestrated by a column wheel governing its functions. Much more complex than modern cam-based mechanisms, this architecture follows the great watchmaking tradition and provides a particularly smooth activation mode. Every component of the CO 398 caliber is hand-polished and beveled. /WWW.CORUM-WATCHES.COM

LOUIS VUITTON & REXHEP REXHEPI LVRR-01 CHRONOGRAPH Produced specifically for each LVRR-01 watch, the trunk is adorned with a hand-painted motif inspired by the double railway track embellishing the enamel dial, as well as the Akrivlia logo and the limited edition serial number of the timepiece. As a final tribute to the craftsmen of the LVRR-01, the signatures of Rexhep Rexhepi, Jean-Pierre Hagmann, and Nicolas Doublel are reproduced within the case. WWW.LOUISVUITTON.COM

RICHARD MILLE RM 33-01 We discover a round case, three hands, a date, and an automatic movement with a power reserve of 42 hours. With an oversized diameter of 45 mm, Richard Mille has chosen racing-style indexes, oversized, with white contrasting at its best against the matte black treatment that underlies it. WWW.RICHARDMILLE.COM

VACHERON CONSTANTIN THE CABINOTIERS MALTE TOURBILLON A unique piece, The Cabinotiers Malte Tourbillon pays homage to Haussmannian style. Emblematic of the technical mastery of the House, the skeletonized ultra-thin in-house caliber 2790 SQ with tourbillon, date, and power reserve, entirely engraved, stands out for its extreme finesse.
