What does this mean for Oplo Home Loans and customers?

The team continues to operate as normal, with no change to the service we provide. Simply, we now operate under the rebranded name of Tandem Home Loans and all communications to customers have been rebranded.

All outgoing emails are sent from new Tandem email addresses, whilst any email sent to an old Oplo email address, will be forwarded.

All Oplo Home Loans customers were informed of the change in legal ownership to Tandem. With no change in service, all customers received a smooth transition to Tandem without noticing any difference – apart from the name change!

What about Oplo email addresses?

The Oplo email migration marked the second stage of the IT integration project. All employees now operate with a Tandem email address and all email, Teams and One Drive data has been migrated to Tandem. There’s further work to complete in 2023, to fully align onto a single Infrastructure, but this is a major milestone.

Oplo SharePoint migration to Tandem Office 365

The successful SharePoint migration to the Tandem Office365 domain has also been completed. This means all Oplo SharePoint Data has successfully migrated into the Tandem domain. The migration work included:

• All Oplo SharePoint Data is now on the Tandem domain.

• All domain desktop icons have been redirected to Tandem SharePoint.

• All Oplo permissions have been transferred to your Tandem username.

• All Tandem Users who previously accessed Oplo SharePoint resources, will retain their access.

Despite the completion of these migrations, we still have work to do including completing the end point migration (i.e. bringing the users and devices into the Tandem domain), as well as other integration projects across the business – which will be delivered in the coming weeks. Further instructions will be sent out to you in due course – please keep an eye out!
