inform the parties and the Institute of the date by which it expects to issue the final award.
39.2 After the closing of the proceedings, no further claims, arguments or evidence may be presented with respect to the matters to be decided in the award, unless in exceptional circumstances requested or authorised by the arbitral tribunal.
