s a young person, I had severe cystic acne and as a result I became almost obsessed with skin care,” recalls Jonelle Duvall, owner and operator of Glow Skin, Lash and Spray Tan Boutique. Born and raised in Santa Fe, Duvall moved to San Francisco to study advertising.
