With a large ice cream freezer, they are able to offer up to 16 different ice cream flavours and can bake and serve multiple cookie choices. In other words, there is an endless array of possible combinations to tempt and satisfy those of any age. One Cool Cookie bakes their own cookies in the trailer’s commercial oven using quality ingredients (like real butter, real vanilla and Callebaut chocolate), and their ice cream sandwiches are custom made to order – never pre-frozen, Lazor explains. Using traditional and innovative cookie recipes, they have chosen to pair their cookies with an amazing local ice cream maker, Pinocchio Ice Cream, who supplies them with an outstanding selection of all natural ice creams and dairy-free sorbets. “That is one of the greatest things about One Cool Cookie,” she says. “It is all up to the customer, and it’s so much fun to see the excitement people have when they realize they can choose whatever combination they like to create their own unique ice cream sandwich.” The
menu, of course, can be tweaked to suit any event. “There is always that time during a wedding day where there is a small break, like after the ceremony, or while photos are being taken. We can also be the after dinner dessert, or be a part of the gift opening the next day.” But weddings are not all they do.
