n my line of work, I meet so many extraordinary people. Take, for example, my relationship with Vox Development Ltd. I’ve worked on numerous projects with this team led by father and son, Mitch and Myles, and we’ve developed a certain “groove.” In fact, with this cute home, Mitch simply handed me the plans and let me go! “Chantelle picked everything in there. She did the whole exterior—she’s got acrylic stucco, kind of a light-coloured green-taupe, with panels on the

front with red accents. In the interior, it’s quite particular: it has quarter-sawn oak cabinets, quarter-sawn oak floors, a couple different wall colours. So, it’s a more traditional look,” notes Mitch. Vox homes are quality built homes and the design and finishes matter. “We like to change things up, in terms of style,” explains Mitch. “Chantelle is great at bringing style to the property.” Adds son Myles: “We do renos, custom jobs, infills like this particular property. We were able to achieve exactly the look they wanted without headaches or errors or any second guessing. And of the final reveal? “Chantelle has some pretty good creative ideas!” he laughs. Not only that, but people who are looking to buy these properties recognize the extra step. “I’ve met with realtors who walk in and say, ‘You guys had a designer in here, didn’t you?’” Mitch confides. “It’s because you can tell from the flow and the feel of it.” What’s your style?
