to help your Chipping and Pitching

As a child you were taught to underhand toss a ball to someone. You would simply look at the person and let the ball go. There were no thoughts about technique. This movement or toss after a while became natural. Use this approach to help your chipping and pitching. 3 Step Process to use on the practice range 1) underhand toss some golf balls varying the distances. Notice how relaxed and freely your arms swing to finish. The bigger the toss the further the ball goes. 2) grip the club with your right hand only and then underhand toss the club to a target, as if you are underhand tossing a ball

After about 15 minutes, we headed over to the First Tee. When I stopped the cart, I looked at the Score Card on the steering wheel, and noticed that it had today’s date on it. I asked Josh about this and he said that every morning each player receives a new score card with all current yardage, exact hole locations, and all applicable information included for that particular day! That was a nice added feature! There were also healthy snacks, apples and water available for the players.

As we played, each hole presented new challenges giving the feeling that every hole was different, rather than feeling very similar. The putting surface of each green was stunning, seemingly void of imperfections. The ball rolled true and the greens were fast! After I finished a hole, I would look up to observe the absolutely beautiful surroundings and natural preserve, trying and take it all in and prolong my experience. I felt like I was in a bubble of golf Utopia!

As we were approaching the 18th green, I was feeling very happy about the day, but disappointed that it was ending. The 18th hole is a beautiful par 5 with a winding fairway leading up to a green protected by a lake. Justin was a great caddie and was extremely helpful!

After we finished 18 holes I met with Betty Ayala who is the Assistant Membership Director for a tour of the clubhouse. We re-visited the golf-shop and then made our way upstairs to see the 10 hotel rooms inside the clubhouse. Each room was fantastic and beautifully appointed. They all seemed like luxury suites and were all named after famous golfers. Many had balconies with panoramic views! This was truly an amazing place! After waving goodbye, getting in my car, and pulling out of the club, I took a deep breath, and realized that I just played one of the best courses in the United States!

HEALTHY MARKET TRENDS CONTINUE YEAR-OVER-YEAR GROWTH IN OVERALL MEDIAN CLOSED PRICES Naples, Fla. (March 20, 2015) – An increase in the number of home sales in the over $300,000 price categories, overall rising median closed prices, and an increase in inventory in most price segments were just some of the trends included in NABOR’s February 2015 Market Report released by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®), which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco Island). But the best news? These trends are expected to continue. “We saw year-over-year growth in our overall median closed prices throughout 2014; and with February getting off to a similar start, we expect that trend will continue,” Vice President and General Manager of Downing-Frye Realty and NABOR®’s 2015 President Mike Hughes said. “Our inventory remains low yet we ended February with 1,280 sales pending. This indicates a healthy market.” According to Kathy Zorn, broker/owner of Florida Home Realty, “February’s activity revealed that sellers may not be sitting on the fence anymore. It’s been 10 years of recovery and many homeowners who’ve weathered it may be at a place where they feel satisfied their property’s value has recovered.” While overall closed sales activity for single-family homes remained even in February 2015 compared to a year ago, its inventory grew by 6 percent from 2,305 homes in February 2014 to 2,449 homes in February 2015. “I don’t think the increase in inventory is necessarily all due to bracket creep,” said Zorn. “Homeowners keep an eye on their property values. When they presume their home has rebuilt equity, many will contact a REALTOR® to confirm the increase in value. If the equity is confirmed, they’re likely to put their home on the market.” Wes Kunkle, a commercial broker at Kunkle Realty, said the resale market’s recovery will likely affect new home construction prices. “The report shows a trend of increased inventory in single-family homes that I believe will begin to put pressure on new home construction prices. We may see a pricing peak in the new home market sooner than later.” However, as indicated in the February report, the condominium market is not performing as well as the singlefamily home market. Closed sales for condominiums decreased 17 percent from 395 in February 2014 to 329 in February 2015. As expected, this decrease may be a result of a 16 percent decrease in condominium inventory, which fell from 2,328 units in February 2014 to 1,957 units in February 2015. “Condos are not recovering as well as single-family homes because they are at the whim of certain financing obstacles,” said Cindy Carroll, SRA, with the real estate appraisal and consultancy firm Carroll & Carroll, Inc. “Getting a bank to approve a loan on a condo is more difficult because they typically rely on extenuating factors such as the financial health of the homeowners’ association, the age and structural state of the building, and a requirement to receive Fannie Mae approval.”

Despite these obstacles, broker analysts think the condominium market’s activity in the last year is an indication of its potential for an increase in value. For example, pending sales for condominiums in the $300,000 - $500,000 price category increased 87 percent from 79 units in February 2014 to 148 units in February 2015 and overall, the median closed price jumped 14 percent during that time period. “We’ve seen a recovery and stellar activity in the single-family home market. It wouldn’t surprise me if condominiums became the new exchange,” said Carroll. “And may experience the same type of recovery as the single family home market.” The NABOR® February 2015 Market Report provides comparisons of single-family home and condominium sales (via the Southwest Florida MLS), price ranges, and geographic segmentation and includes an overall market summary. GIANLUCA CORSO COSMOS RISTORANTE AND PIZZERIA Step 1: Select flat pasta - the pasta should be fresh flat pasta, or Barilla Sheet Pasta In a small baking pan, put 2 to 4 pieces of flat pasta side by side, ready for ingredients to go in the middle of each flat pasta piece The suggested size of each pasta piece should be 6” wide x 10” long Step 2: In a separate sauce pan, blend/mix together the following ingredients: Fresh Ricotta Cheese, 2 boxes Pinch of Salt 2 eggs 1 hand full of Pecorino Romano Cheese Mix all ingredients together very well Step 3: Crack an egg into a separate bowl and beat the egg until the yoke and egg white is blended together. Take a brush, dip into the beaten egg, and brush along one side of the flat pasta along the 10” side. This is to hold the pasta together when rolled, like the glue. Step 4: Now, other ingredients can be added to the ingredients blended together in Step 3. You can add eggplant, chicken, ground beef, etc. Step 5: Add the blended mixture in Step 2 to the middle of each flat pasta piece in the baking pan Roll the flat pasta over the ingredients in the middle, then roll the other side over the top of the side just rolled, forming a cylindrical shape Do this again to each piece of flat pasta until there are 2 to 4 rolled pieces in the baking pan Step 6: Add Pasta Sauce over the top of the rolled pieces in the baking pan Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes Remove, add fresh Mozzarella Cheese, add Basil Leaves Ready to serve

Adding wallpaper to a baby nursery can make a nursery feel more sophisticated and stylish. Incorporating a print or adding a grasscloth can make a nursery feel more finished and creates texture or movement depending on the design or style you choose. When creating a themed space, be careful by adding a border or mural, because these elements can be outgrown, but by adding sophisticated splashes of color and modern silhouettes the child’s space can easily transition into toddler-hood. You can add a traditional print such as a toile that would create warmth or a whimsical bold pattern that creates visual interest and is a look that is appropriate for children into their older years. When sticking to a theme, any visual graphics that can be kept to a removable canvas or picture frame also allows for rooms to develop as children’s personalities become more defined.
