Ground Floor

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the spacious entrance hall, complete with a vaulted ceiling. The beautiful handmade Fired Earth kitchen / breakfast room is fitted with lovely wall and base units and there’s a convenient utility room with access to the garage. There is also a useful cloakroom just around the corner.

When you’re ready for some relaxation, the sitting room is a cosy yet spacious room with a brick fireplace and a log burner - perfect for snuggling up with a good book. The dining room is open plan to the entrance hall with French doors which open onto the patio area, perfect for entertaining. In addition, there’s a family room that would be great for a child’s playroom, home office or bedroom and an adjacent shower room in case you have guests staying over.

First Floor

Upstairs, you’ll find the principal bedroom that has plenty of natural light and wonderful views. This bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes and a contemporary en-suite shower room. There are also a further two bedrooms and the family bathroom.

From the inner hallway is a separate staircase that leads to the fourth bedroom - perfect for a teen’s hideaway, a craft room, or even a spot for a home gym. There is also an adjacent study area or dressing room.
