Seller Insight

We have loved this family home since we purchased it from new in 2015. It is set in an amazing location which offers the best of both worlds, surrounded by open countryside whilst enjoying access to a wide range of local amenities, including shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities, alongside excellent transport links into the centre of London and the coast.

Discovering this exclusive development of unique farmstead homes was ideal for us. We were instantly impressed with the quality of the build, together with the high specification of fixtures and fittings throughout.

The larch facia makes an immediate impact and gives a timeless quality, blending in with the surrounding countryside. Inside, the house is practical in design and offers versatile space which is ideal for our busy lifestyle. Our large open plan kitchen/dining room at the rear of the property opens out onto a large patio and spacious, private garden. This is very much the hub of our home and is ideal for children and entertaining with family and friends. From the upstairs rooms we enjoy watching the horses grazing and the views over the meadows beyond.

We are fortunate that our young son has been able to grow up in these countryside surroundings and we love to run so the traffic free open spaces and cycle paths have been ideal. Our everyday needs are catered for with everything conveniently located close at hand, including our son’s nursery. The village has two great local pubs, primary school and farm shop with many great restaurants close by. Ebbsfleet is minutes away for journeys further afield as is Bluewater Shopping Centre. Among many nearby attractions to visit is the historic, maritime port of Gravesend.

We have been very happy living in this friendly, caring community and will take away many memories of our special time here, but it is now time for the next chapter in our lives.”*
