SELLER INSIGHT We liked the modern feel of the property as soon as we saw it, and could see the potential to really make it our own,” say the current owners of 29d Hartopp Road. “All the rooms are generously proportioned, especially the large lounge and master suite, so it was a good fit for our family of three teenagers. A particular favourite feature is our very own wooded copse, which enhances the feelings of peace and tranquillity this property affords. The gardens are perfect for al fresco entertaining too - we held our daughter’s hen party in a large marquee on the lawn last summer.” The location of the property also has much to recommend it. “There are state and private schools nearby for all ages and the private schools that are further away, like Solihull and Lichfield Cathedral School, run bus services for school children from the estate.
