12 years of Fine & Country Portugal

In May we celebrated 12 years of Fine & Country Portugal. Charles Roberts and Nuno Durão led the Fine & Country brand to success in the country back in 2011 and have since taken it from strength to strength in the luxury property market across Cascais, Lisbon, Comporta and Porto with the support of Afonso Sousa, Sandra Fernandes de Sá and many more integral members of staff. Fine & Country Portugal was honoured at the International Property Awards Event at The Savoy Hotel London on 2 February 2023, walking away with the awards for Best Real Estate Agency Marketing Europe 2022 to 2023, and Best International Real Estate Agency Marketing 2022 to 2023.

Competing against some of the top property professionals around the world, Fine & Country Portugal was presented with awards for their excellent marketing, customer service and innovative approach to the real estate business. The awards are a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of the entire team. The awards are a great achievement and a reflection of the high standards of customer service and marketing that the team at Fine & Country Portugal strive for.

FINE & COUNTRY COSTA BLANCA NORTH MAIN SPONSOR FOR THE III MARINA DÉNIA WINE FAIR

For the second year running Fine & Country Costa Blanca North were the main sponsor for the event held on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th June with more than 20 wineries and food companies exhibiting.

Cristian Hara, Business Development Manager, along with the Mayor of Denia, Vicent Grimalt, cut the ribbon on Friday 9th June to officially open the start of the two-day event, which had the collaboration of Dénia Town Hall, Bodegas Vicente Gandia and Bodegas Blasco.

FINE & COUNTRY PORTUGAL ATTENDS PORTUGUESE REAL ESTATE FAIR

With four days of exhibitions, conferences and networking with leading industry experts, the event is described as:

FINE & COUNTRY ALGARVE WAVES THE PORTUGUESE FLAG IN THE STATES

Fine & Country Algarve was amongst the 14 Portuguese companies that partook in the Living in Portugal seminar events between the 9th and 11th of February in the States. The events were held in Los Angeles and San Francisco and allowed Californians interested in moving to Portugal or investing in the country to meet industry experts face to face. A total of 688 people registered to attend the events, ensuring a healthy turnout of potential clients.

FINE & COUNTRY ALGARVE ATTENDS THE SOVEREIGN

On the 24th of May the Algarve team attended yet another successful event. The Sovereign Group’s ‘Losing a UK Domicile in Favour of a Portugal “Domicile of Choice”’ seminar in Almancil attracted attendees who were looking to relocate to Portugal or establish a business entity in the country. Fine & Country Algarve’s Sales and Marketing Director Jorge Pereira presented on the outlook of the property market and highlighted future projections for foreign investors.
