The main living area has large amounts of glazing with doors opening out onto a spacious balcony. We have carefully maintained our home and updated the kitchen and bathroom just a few years ago. There is a communal garden for use by residents and each property has its own private, secure, parking.” “We have a large balcony which opens from our living area. This has been a wonderful feature for us and we spend much time out here. It has an outlook over the river and we enjoy watching the many leisure activities taking place on the river. It is incredibly sheltered and we frequently sit out here, even on those sunny winter days. In the summer months we open the door wide and the outside becomes part of our living space. “ “We both enjoy outdoor activities and can easily walk from our home into spectacular countryside and, as the Kennet and Avon Canal is so close, we enjoy walking along the towpath.” “Although neat and compact, our home is a lovely venue for gatherings of our friends, especially when we can drift out onto the balcony and often sit out here long into the evening. We now wish to move to a larger property but, as we love this area so much, one not very far away. We have been so happy and content here and are sure that, whoever comes to live here, they will be as happy and content as we have been.”
