OVERVIEW Y Gwesty Bach is a unique, characterful group of dwellings with a long and interesting history. The main house has evolved over three stages having been a farmhouse in 1760, a private residence during the 1800’s, a small guesthouse, a village store with post office and petrol pump in the forecourt, a popular restaurant and more recently as a combination of popular community pub and 7 bed private family residence. The main house has been greatly improved by the current owners who have enjoyed living in this friendly community and developing the properties over a 22 year tenure. Each property is in fine order, with Y Gwesty Bach the main house - beautifully decorated and filled with character features tastefully blended with modern conveniences. The pretty cottages in the rear courtyard date back to the 1760’s and include The Granary with three bedrooms and The Stables with two bedrooms – both filled with period features and vaulted beamed ceilings. The third home - Gatehouse Cottage with 2 bedrooms on two levels was fully renovated approximately 20 years ago with recent replacement of all the windows, and re-decoration. Currently tenanted, the three additional dwellings are a trouble free income source, but future plans could see a change of use to holiday lets if desired. Vacant possession of the gatehouse will be effected at time of sale as it’s presently occupied by a family member. Additionally the main house could be a Boutique B&B as well as residence.
