Multi-family and student housing work continued to grow and expand our footprint across the country in 2022.

We had three major project completions this year with the turnover of Hub Seattle, Hub Blacksburg (phase II), and Hub Tampa. These projects represent over $278M in project value and 1,454 apartment units. We have ongoing projects under construction in College Park, MD; State College, PA; Madison, WI; And Cincinnati, OH; representing another 1,053 apartment units. Representing another 1,053 apartment units and even more into the planning stages. Though 2022 was a challenging year in terms of market and supply chain volatility, we were extremely pleased to be able to successfully navigate these waters to deliver our standard of quality to our developer partners.

The Hub Tampa consists of 371,861 square feet and includes a connected four-story, wood-framed student housing structure and a six-story pre-cast parking structure.
