Professionalism and competence To plan, to update or to complete the identity of a company means to know the culture, the history, the products, the people. But it also means harmony, analysis, study and curiosity: on these bases FIMA Carlo Frattini has constructed over time a compact and coherent identity. The strong sense of belonging of who works here is the element that renders the FIMA style unique and recognisable world over. All this is reflected in the architecture of the buildings, the design, the packaging of the products, the communication campaigns, but also and above all in the correct management of the sales processes and, more in general terms, of the relationships with the Customer. These moments define, with a strong impact, the perception that the Customer has of the corporate image: for this FIMA pays particular attention to the motivation and the formation of its Sales Network. The company organises numerous training courses on national territory, aimed at improving the professionalism of the sales agents and of the show room sellers. The encounters aim to transfer competences of analysis of the Customer’s needs, capable of meeting the demands with aimed consultations, assistance post-sales and above all they guarantee a continuous update on the new FIMA products. The engagement of continuous training allows to establish between the Sales Network and the Final Customer a constructive and long-lasting relationship founded on high competence and professionalism.
