LS U TI G ER S LSU THIS SEASON No. 11 LSU comes to the Fiesta Bowl for the first time in school history with three big wins against then-No. 8 Miami, then-No.7 Auburn and a 36-16 victory over then-No. 2 Georgia. The Tigers held tough in their losses, with two of them on the road by a combined 10 points (including a historic seven-overtime loss to Texas A&M). This will be the sixth time an SEC team has appeared in the Fiesta Bowl and the first since 2000, when Tennessee lost to Nebraska 31-21. The 2018 PlayStation Fiesta Bowl will mark the 19th straight bowl appearance for LSU and 50th in its illustrious history. MATCHUP HISTORY This will be the first matchup between LSU and UCF.
