Due Date for Shoe Donations to QVC: July 19, 2019
DONATE We are asking companies for a product donation of shoes and/or handbags to be sold on QVC and QVC.com to benefit breast cancer research.
(QVC air date Thursday, October 10, 2019) Best product donation includes items with inventory depth to meet the demand of QVC’s audience. QVC Presents “FFANY Shoes on Sale” pricing of 1/2 the retail price creates a shopping frenzy for a great cause!

Donation Levels & Criteria:
On Air: Styles to be sold during the “FFANY Shoes on Sale” 3-hour broadcast.
In order to maximize the final contribution value, the preferred number of shoe styles is noted per category:
Product donations per style begin at $30,000 wholesale cost.

e.g. Wholesale Price: $50 x 600 (units) = $30,000
$500,000+ wholesale cost 12 shoe styles maximum
Shoe of the Day: Styles to be sold between 7am-9am eastern each weekday during the month of October. Product donations per style begin at $25,000 wholesale cost. e.g. Wholesale Price: $50 x 500 (units) = $25,000
• Benefactor $200,000 - $499,999 wholesale cost 10 shoe styles maximum
• Double Platinum $100,000 - $199,999 wholesale cost 6 shoe styles maximum

Donations will be sold during the month of October on QVC’s website, QVC.com, and via QVC’s mobile apps.

Product donations begin at $10,000 wholesale cost. e.g. Wholesale Price: $50 x 500 (units) = $25,000 For all levels above, your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A letter acknowledging your donation will be sent to you after the event.

• QVC.com $10,000 - $24,999 wholesale cost *fall/winter styles preferred
Donation Details • Must be first quality and pass QVC’s QA process. • Complete size runs, medium and wide widths. • Three colors maximum per style. • Men’s, women’s, or children’s styles. • Fall/winter style. • Classification: Casual. • Exclusive shoe styles encouraged. • Handbags are welcome.

Timeline: To ensure your BRAND’s strongest cause marketing exposure via PSA placements & PR editorial outreach
March 8, 2019: Identify item(s) for donation. Note: Merchandise must be first quality and subject to QVC’s quality assurance approval. May 2, 2019: Provide QVC with product samples – quantity 4 units for PR outreach. July 19, 2019: Final PO shipment due at QVC Distribution Center. QVC Supply Chain will coordinate shipment at no cost to vendor. QVC vendors to provide shipment to meet QVC outbound shipping standards.
Shipping Details • 4 samples of donated product shipped to QVC ASAP (Women’s size 7.5 & 9; Men’s size 9 & 12). • Bulk shipment of goods must ship by July 19, 2019. QVC will arrange shipping. • Detailed descriptions of the key selling features and style of each donated shoe. • A catalog or letter containing the suggested retail and wholesale prices of the donated shoe(s). • The total quantity, color, and size breakdowns for each shoe being donated.
