Hall at St. John’s (Venue 127) Henna is an elegant form of body art that embodies purity and centuries of religious symbolism and cultural traditions. This workshop aims to introduce beginners to the material techniques needed to create beautiful, individual works of art made more enchanting by their temporary nature. Led by a local professional all the profit will go to Beyond the Veil, an Edinburgh based Muslim Women’s group.

Our storyteller and puppeteer entertains us with a puppet show and then leads a workshop in which you will make and learn to operate your own puppet, which is yours to keep! Let your imagination run wild! This workshop is suitable for adults, older children on their own or younger children working with an adult.
