RESIDENCE

At the start of the year, The Residence Collection launched 10 new colours, bringing its colour offering up to a total of 26 colours. Inspired by market trends, each of the 10 new colours, which range from muted palettes to dramatic tones, combine traditional design with modern aesthetics.

Out of the 10 colours, three have performed particularly well: Sage, which matches the Farrow and Ball aesthetic that dominates countryside kitchens; Clay, which is rich and earthy and is ideal for replicating traditional woodwork; and Noir, which is dark, moody and contrasting, achieving an impeccable blend of new and old.

As well as improving its product range, The Residence Collection proved they are industry leaders with a reputation for modern technology. In July, new building regulations were introduced, which included a new standard for U-Values, which must now be 1.4 or less. Boasting a U-Value of 1.2 and lower, The Residence Collection has been meeting this requirement for over 10 years.

Combined with their impeccable design and high standards of modern technology, The Residence Collection prove that their timber alternative windows really can stand the test of time, so it’s no surprise they are a finalist in the fenestration awards.

Jo Trotman, Marketing Manager at The Residence Collection commented: “We’re thrilled to be finalists in the Fenestration Awards. After winning an award in 2020 in the Timber Alternative Category, we’re very proud of the team here at The Residence Collection who have continued to make the business a success.

“2022 has been an exciting year which started with the launch of 10 brand new colours which have performed extremely well, and it’s great to see them transform buildings of architectural interest and homes across the country. We’re looking forward to the awards ceremony and wish every organisation involved the very best!”
