New Survey Results Show Preference

ArcSite has announced the release of the 2022 Homeowner Survey Report, which includes insights from a survey of over 1,000 homeowners on how they would like contractors to improve their sales process in 2022. The report reveals that two-thirds of homeowners prefer to receive their quote from a contractor digitally, not handwritten.

Highlights of the 2022 Homeowner Survey Report include: • 75% of people prefer a digital quote over a handwritten one • 42% of homeowners have had a negative experience with a contractor • Those who budget more for renovations spend more time researching contractors and solicit 3 – 5 bids for a job • 95% of homeowners get more than one quote for a job
