Company2My start-up has a travelling greenhouse that grows and delivers fruits.
Founder Hector Andris was born and grew up in rural Canada in 1989. Passed down from generations since the 1820s, the Andris Family Fruit Farm has made exports across Canada for 200 years, and have always adopted to many changes to keep up with the times.
Thinking on his feet, Hector decided to invest in seeds, a truck, and new technology to be able to grow and harvest fruit while travelling to deliver them to his loyal customers, and reach more people in the country.
History
In the 2020s, unprecedented changes were demanding changes again following the pandemic: healthier food, more selection, and accessibility. Many buyers and customers of the Family Fruit Farm couldn’t make ends meet to pay for stock and delivery to their stores.
