Comment The crossing guard here, need to "see/know" what the crossing guard at the other school is doing. When one turns the light red, and the other turns the light green, it creates a bottleneck thats not timing well. I think that they should have more space outside for kids to sit and talk because it important for kids to be outside and talk to people instead of having limited time and space to talk and have fun. Both campuses driveways should be connected, if parents are coming in vehicles, then the light on Winter Park Dr should be used for vehicles. If they are walking, they should use the Crystal Bowl entrance for safety. Intimadating area for pedestrian, 4 lanes across, barely ever used, needs a good median with landscaping for safety and slow traffic down. Turning into southbound WPDR is difficult when all your given is a green light or flashing yellow. Because of the hill west of here, and people not clear if they are making a right from Eastbound Seminola, some risky moves are being done. Could just make it a solid red till next cycle.

Consider landscaping, trees at the very beginning of the median. There's a pick up truck commonly seen going over the median to 2021-04-13 14:32 enter Helen Street and it has destroyed the grass there. They live in the first house when you go in.

Northbound has one lane from 436 into SWPDR, but sometimes that "middle lane" that should be turning right onto Red Bug, decides to cut thru traffic and go north instead. Then have a hard time merging into traffic, since we drivers are upset they broke the 2021-04-13 14:38 rules and end up slamming their brakes at the church when they run out of lane and we still refuse for them to jump into our lane.

This area could take some landscape islands with crosswalks, theres a big paved median used for random turning lane, but can be cut up and provide safe spaces for pedestrians to cross. People parking on Jefferson/Laurel, where it says "do not park" so they can pick up their kids. Police doing nothing to enforce it, but hard to navigate around parked vehicles when they do not use hazards lights or make it clear they are standing.

I often find myself very close to reckless drivers or people not bothering to stop for the stop sign. because of the bushes on the sides of the sidewalks I cannot always see if there is a car at the stop sign or waiting to turn onto South Winter Park Dr.
