SYSTEMS USED - Automated vertical lines for the production of insulating glass, complete with seaming, washing, butyl seal fixing, desiccant insertion, offset printing, robotic sealing and bar bending.

Glass performance for ideal comfort
Screen Printing
This glass is manufactured by depositing a glaze using a screen printing process. The enamel is then cured by heating to 600 C giving the finished product excellent chemical and mechanical stability. The glass printing process offers designers an exciting opportunity to customise glass for both internal and external applications with unique motifs and colours. It can be used to reduce glare by limiting light transmission, to reduce solar gain by decreasing heat transmission. It can be used to improve privacy and ensure confidentiality and be a unique identifier in large areas furnished with glass. Screen printed glass may be used as an insert in an insulating glass unit or it can be subjected to laminating. The solar performance of this type of glass can be improved by combining it with solar control glazing. Standard designs, available in all sizes and formats, that include; - lines - points - custom motifs that can be screen printed with ant RAL colour.

These types of windows are fitted with a laminated, tempered and sound isolating glass for industrial uses.
