LEAD TIMES:

Greetings cards, prints, post cards, calendars the lead times are 12 days from receipt of payment. Once sent I will let you know of a tracking number.

DELIVERY: £8 for mainland UK orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Any local taxes, duties and custom fees are the customers responsibility. Prices are exclusive of VAT. EU customers will need a VAT and EORI number.

PRICING: Prices listed here are subject to change.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: feather.ink does not accept returns. If there has been any damage in transit please email feather.ink within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Our policies

RESALE: Please credit by means of a link to the featherink. co.uk website of any feather.ink products sold online. Retailers may not sell on any third party sites, suck as Etsy without permission in writing.

Acceptance of terms and conditions: Once an order has been finalised and paid for, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions stated above.

HOW TO ORDER: Please send me an email with the SKUs and quantities. If you were at The London Stationery Show and book on the day, I can offer a special 10% off your order.

Once and order has been put through I will send you a pro-forma invoice, once paid I will fulfill the order and it will be sent out to you.

COLLABORATIONS: I am open to discuss design collaborations and keen to discuss further products that could feature feather.ink designs.

Environmental Management policy:

All card prints are printed onto FSC-certified board and packaged in a fair-trade organic cotton drawstring bag. Any plastic found in deliveries to me (such as bubble wrap) is reused where possible and I reuse my boxes where I can too. When using cotton, I strive to ensure all cotton used is organic or fairtrade. As an individual and business (and as a supplier to The National Trust,) my carbon footprint is a very important part of my brand ethos

Ethical trading policy:

The feather.ink brand is all about being ethical where I can be, having a low impact on the planet.

All feather.ink products have been designed, made and printed within the UK.

Product Sourcing Policy

All designs are created by Jo, drawn, painted and then edited from her home in Kent. Jo spends much time sourcing the right suppliers that meet both her brand ethos and environmental policies.

Health & Safety Policy

Keeping the work environment, whether it be in my studio at home or on site at a fair or event is crucial. feather.ink has liability insurance and makes sure to look at any risk factors.
