They demand better lifestyle and state-of-art amenities. Thus, considering high demand for such projects, CommonFloor has analysed the luxury real estate market in Bangalore. Based on the character and economic scenario, luxury in Bangalore is different from other cities as it is essentially ITdriven where HNIs (High Net worth Individuals) and NRIs are increasingly looking to enter. In this report, we have analysed CommonFloor data in the luxury category between 2013 and 2015 (Rs 2 cr onwards). Based on analysis, we have identified the key areas in the city having maximum availability of luxury homes, the key trends in different markets, to name a few. One remarkable fact observed was that Bangalore luxury market is not just confined to the central part. In fact, off-central and peripheral areas of the city also saw good number of projects in this category during this period.
