CHIEF’S COUNCIL ON DIVERSITY RECRUITMENT

As the Department continues to recruit and increase diversity among officers, civilians, and volunteers. A group of volunteers known as the Chief’s Council on Diversity Recruitment is essential to this effort. Several dozen leaders from our diverse communities across Fairfax County serve on the Council. They share a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the Department’s recruitment efforts to represent all ethnic, racial, and cultural groups in the County.
