Exercise and Physical Fitness Something for everyone! Choose from a wide variety of classes including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, GTS and more. Pilates Reformer classes at Lee District, South Run, Spring Hill, Mount Vernon, and Providence and the unique Gravity Training System (GTS) at Cub Run are available for personal and small-group sessions. Get moving, get fit and have fun! For class details, see descriptions or contact the fitness director at your RECenter. Please note that a physician’s approval is recommended prior to beginning a fitness program.

Be a RECenter Member with Privileges! More fun, more value, more fitness! Flexible dropin group exercise classes are included with your pass. Members with discount fast passes (DFPs) and leisure fitness passes (LFPs) or customers who pay daily admission can drop into the classes listed on our monthly group fitness calendar – no registration, no extra cost. You can exercise your options with more than 150 classes at eight RECenters. Plus, get FitLinxx, the computerized fitness network that gives you a virtual training partner. The social interaction gives you that extra motivational push to keep you going. • If you get bored exercising alone, group synergy can help keep boredom at bay. • Registering or purchasing a pass for a class is a commitment to exercise. You write it into your calendar and plan on it. It’s an appointment with you , for yourself. • Sure, you know that exercise is good for your health. But you may not realize that even small amounts of exercise – like an hour or two a week in an aerobics class -- can produce health-related benefits.
