The ordinance referenced below was given first reading by the City Council on June 25, 2018; and second reading and public hearing are scheduled for Monday, July 23, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard. (TO18-07) ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE VI, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FALLS CHURCH, “PRIVATE SCHOOLS, SPECIAL SCHOOLS AND HOME CHILD CARE FACILITIES.” This ordinance would amend the City Code to align standards with revised Fairfax County and Virginia Code requirements. All public hearings will be held in the Falls Church Community Center, Senior Center, 223 Little Falls St., Falls Church, VA.
