(TO20-18) ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 26, “MOTOR VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC,” ARTICLE III, “CITY VEHICLE LICENSE,” SECTIONS 26-68 THROUGH 26-74 This amendment would allow for permanent, rather than annual, auto decals, as well as other updates to this code section.
